Following the discovery call and your confirmation of the Statement of Work, Marcus will ask you to provide essential information which needs to include; brand book, core consumer target, current brand health tracking report, brand funnels, recent marketing communication.
Marcus will then spend 2 days reviewing your inputs.
Following the review Marcus will set up a 2-3 hour video workshop session with your key stakeholders and ask questions about your current brand health and other relevant information.
Over the next 3 days Marcus will develop a revised brand positioning.
During the final 2-hour video session Marcus will present 2 new positioning territories, presented as imagery and copy, and 2 new brand logos and present a way forward ready for implementation.
RESULTS & OUTPUT
A refreshed positioning, and new logo delivers a renewed energy and focus internally and sets the platform to drive organic sales growth for the organisation.
