HOW WE WILL HELP YOU

  • Following the discovery call and your confirmation of the Statement of Work, Andy will ask you to provide essential information including; data and contacts including details of your current live events/experiential programme, examples of your IRL events, upcoming planned events and sample performance data/metrics from previous events.

  • On receipt of the documents Andy will review the information and commence drafting a Virtual/Hybrid events approach & proposal.

  • Andy will call your key stakeholders for one hour each to discuss your current events/live experiences to understand objectives and highlight their expectations for your live events.

  • During a final 2-hour video session Andy will present and submit the Virtual/Hybrid events approach to you.

RESULTS & OUTPUT

  • Reimagining of your events & experiences for a virtual or hybrid format.

  • Definition of the extended experience (pre, during & post event).

  • Platform/tech assessment & recommendation.

  • Audience/Guest CX & UX.

  • Partner/vendor mapping for activation and delivery of your live events.
