HOW WE WILL HELP YOU

  • Following the discovery call and your confirmation of the Statement of Work, James will ask you to provide essential information including; existing documents relating to recruitment and hiring, company benefits, any relevant marketing history and data based on recruitment history.

  • On receipt of the documents, James will review the information and request a call with the Hiring Manager and Divisional Director (1 hour each or at least 2 hours with one person) to discuss, including: Defining the candidate & employer proposition, Writing a compelling job ad, Boosting job performance (SEO, multi-layered campaign), Identifying the best channels for job promotion, Managing candidate response, Offer management - packaging up of an offer, tailoring an offer, getting an acceptance.

  • During a 2-hour video session James will submit and present a tangible and practical plan to implement an effective candidate attraction strategy.
