HOW WE WILL HELP YOU

  1. Following the discovery call and your confirmation of the Statement of Work Martin will ask you to provide essential information which needs to include; company information and current marketing processes, target groups, marketing strategy and objectives, key stakeholder information, current marketing systems and other essential information as discussed during the discovery video session.

  2. Martin will then spend 2 days reviewing your inputs and start preparing a draft statement and identify a number of processes that you can automate for your outbound marketing.

  3. After this Martin will arrange a 1 hour online consultation with your team to clarify and confirm the provided information, discuss the first insights and confirm the work processes and activities best suited for automation.

  4. Martin will then finalise the the recommmendations and provide a process workflow diagram including required activities, roles and resposibilities, and potential systems/sofware required to help with your automation of the desired activities.

  5. During a final 2-hour video call Martin will present his findings, a diagram of the automation architecture and provide a recommended action plan for implementation.
