HOW WE WILL HELP YOU

  • Following the discovery call and your confirmation of the Statement of Work, Lisa and Anne-Sophie will ask you to provide essential information which needs to include; an overview of your current business situation, a clear identification of the performance indicators and where the gaps are, your organisational structure and the working relationship between your verticals, the current KPI structure of the department you are wanting us to focus on (marketing, sales, admin, IT, finance etc )

  • Lisa and Anne-Sophie will then spend 2 days reviewing your inputs.

  • Following the review Lisa and Anne-Sophie will set up a 2-3, hour video session with your key stakeholders and ask questions about your material.

  • Over the next 5 days Lisa and Anne-Sophie will develop a motivation / reward strategy document that will be underpinned by the identified critical KPI change that your business requires.

  • During the final 2-hour video call Lisa and Anne-Sophie will present a motivation / reward strategy document for your identified department, a detailed implementation plan, and roadmap for your organisation to follow.

RESULTS & OUTPUT

  • You will receive a motivation and reward strategy document aligned with your organization's direction.

  • You will have a list of is a key KPIs supporting this strategy.

  • You will get a detailed implementation plan with timing and activities.

  • You will receive a clear and concise roadmap in presentation format to share with your team(s)
