Following the discovery call and your confirmation of the Statement of Work, Marcus will ask you to provide essential information which needs to include; current channel plan, your marketing cycle plan, current content strategy, and customer journey blueprints.
Marcus will then spend 2 days reviewing your inputs
Following the review Marcus will set up a 2-3 hour video session with your key stakeholders and ask questions about your material.
Over the next 3 days Marcus will develop a review of your current channel plan and communication strategy.
During the final 2-hour video call Marcus will present a recommended OmniChannel Communication Strategy.
