  • Following the discovery call and your confirmation of the Statement of Work Martin will ask you to provide essential information which needs to include; company information, timing, objectives, key stakeholder information, short website summary (what does it do, who manages it?), access to a staging/testing version of the website (where the performance optimizations will be made).

  • Martin will then review all information and schedule a number of video conference calls.

  • Day 1: Martin will call you and lead a video consultation with your team to clarify and confirm the provided information and outline the planned performance improvements. All stakeholders should attend.

  • Day 3: Check-in. Martin will call you and present the improvements so far and explain what other potential improvments can be made.

  • Day 5:  Martin will call you and present the performance improvements made to the staging site and do a live comparison of the two sites and explain why your website was slow and how to prevent it in the future.

  • Your own team, who is managing the WordPress site, will launch these improvements at their own convenience.
