HOW WE WILL HELP YOU

Following the discovery call and your confirmation of the Statement of Work Mike will ask you to provide essential information  which needs to include; information about the company and product portfolio, key competitiors, market analysis.


Mike will then prepare the SWOT workshop which will be hosted over 3 x 2 hour sessions:


Session One

  • We lead your team to determine the top three to five strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

  • This is not list driven – it is a considered and debated process.

  •  Discussion notes are distributed via a secure online forum.

  • We collate and present the results in between sessions

Session Two

  • We finalise the top three to five in each category

  • We review each opportunity and write down an action, something your organisation will do, to take advantage of the opportunity using your strengths.

  • We review each opportunity and write down an action, something your organisation will do, to take nullify a weakness using your strengths.

  • This is repeated for Threats

  • We collate and present the issues debated in between sessions

Session Three

  • Actions are agreed.

  • Implantation tasks are allocated

  • Final report produced and sent to the client
