Following the discovery call and your confirmation of the Statement of Work Joerg will ask you to provide essential information which needs to include; problem description, current processes, roles and responsibilities, portfolio structure, and any supporting documents as discussed during the call.
Joerg will then spend 2 days reviewing your inputs and follow up with another 2 hour video call and your key stakeholders to discuss your portfolio challenges, gain a better understanding of your approch and current situation.
Following the call he will then start drafting an outline document that addresses your challenges, PPM roadmap and processes and share this with you.
Joerg will then present to a complete roadmap with issues that need to be adressed based on a customised PPM process map.
