Following the discovery call and your confirmation of the Statement of Work, Andy will ask you to provide essential information including; current retail strategy, experiential and events programmes, details of your retail presence/footprint, overview of key products and services and current/upcoming campaigns.
On receipt of the documents, over the next 2 days Andy will review the information and commence drafting an Experiential Retail approach.
Andy will call your key stakeholders for one hour each to discuss your current retail environments and identify opportunities to develop the experience and compel participation.
During a final 2 hour video session, Andy will present and submit the Experientialising Retail plan to you.
RESULTS & OUTPUT
A comprehensive approach for experientialising your retail portfolio and/or presence, including a review and definition of roles for retail sales personnel as well as recommendations for tech and digital first enhancements.
Experiential programme for retail, store concept and thematic, zoning and footfall plan.
Technology and innovation recommendations, retail sales personnel engagement and training plan.
