HOW WE WILL HELP YOU

  • Following the discovery call and you agreement of the statement of work, Dani will send you a request information which needs to include; your current channel plan, the customer journey blueprint ( if available ), your target personas and the priority segments, your current creative strategy and supporting creative toolkit, the sales data by stage in the customer journey.

  • Over the next 2 days, Dani will review the information you provided.

  • Dani will take 2 days maximum to prepare a custom report which will include, a mapped overlay of your current creative against the customer journey with a clear identification of the areas you could improve in the creative strategy to reduce the “leakages” along the customer journey and drive sales.

  • He will then conduct a 2-hour meeting with you, your team and/or key stakeholders to share and discuss the recommendations

  • You’ll be able to implement the learnings and begin to see an immediate lift in conversion rate.

RESULTS & OUTPUT

  • Clarity on what’s not working or could be improved.

  • Specific feedback on those pain points and how to approach solutions, with short, medium and long timeframe recommendations.
