HOW WE WILL HELP YOU
Following the discovery call and your confirmation of the Statement of Work, James will ask you to provide essential information including; Company Information, The Job Vacancy Details, Company Structure, Company Culture
On receipt of the documents, James will review the information and request a call with the Hiring Manager and Divisional Director (1 hour each or minimum of 2 hours) to discuss, including; Job description breakdown, Defining the person (specification) required skills, experience, fit, behaviours, values, Career path / progression.
During a 2-hour video session James will submit and present a complete job specification document and short-listing matrix to you.
RESULTS & OUTPUT
You will have a tangible and practical plan to commence a recruitment project.
You will base your recruitment project on a tried and tested job description and person specification.
Your finished job specification will form the basis of writing a job ad.
It will also serve as the master document to design a robust interview & assessment process.
You will have a shortlisting matrix to use to assess all applicants.
