HOW WE WILL HELP YOU

  • Following the discovery call and your confirmation of the Statement of Work, Clare and her team will ask you to provide essential information including; the plans for your business restructure and the specific business and people impacts, the rationale for making the changes and the expected outcomes, your business plan or strategy, and a list of your key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Clare and her team will then spend 2 days reviewing your inputs.

  • Following the review, Clare and her team will set up a 2 hour workshop with you and your key people, to ask questions about your material and to agree to the approach and outcomes for the work.

  • Over the next 3 days Clare and her team will develop a comprehensive communications and media plan for your announcements.

  • Clare and her team will discuss this with you and your key team in depth, during a final 2-hour video call.

  • As a final step, Clare and her team will conduct a 2-hour media training session with you, to help you confidently deliver your key messages with the right delivery and tone.

RESULTS & OUTPUT

  • Proactive positioning of your changes with a comprehensive communications and messaging plan

  • Media training to clearly articulate and create Internal and external support for, or acceptance of,  the change process, which has been well articulated and explained
