HOW WE WILL HELP YOU

  • Following the discovery call and your confirmation of the Statement of Work, Eva will ask you to provide essential information including; the target group (management, team, individuals), a short description of current stressors (what are the things that stress us, make us feel uncomfortable, things that we would like to address).

  • Over the next 2 days, Eva will review all of your material

  • Eva will call you, during a 2-hour video session and discuss the material provided.

  • Eva will schedule a follow-up video call 5 working-days later to present a roadmap of mindfulness techniques and practical relaxation exercises, based on your individual requirements.

  • During this 2-hour video session, Eva will present a strategic roadmap of mindfulness techniques, a detailed document explaining practical relaxation exercises, and a live mindfullness session with all participants.

RESULTS & OUTPUT

Receiving a set of hands-on, easy to implement practical relaxation techniques and strategies, will benefit your organisation and people, helping individuals to deal with stress and your organisation to avoid burnout.
