Following the discovery call and your confirmation of the Statement of Work, Anne will ask you to provide essential information which needs to include; current company status in sustainability, current competition, and key stakeholders to interview.
Following the review, Anne will set up a 2 hour video workshop session with your key stakeholders and ask questions about your information.
On receipt of the documents Anne will review the information and commence drafting a Competitive Sustainability Strategy paper.
During a 2 hour video session Anne will present a first proposal of your Competitive Sustainability Strategy
Anne will finetune/tweak the Strategy following the discussions/debates/feedback provided at the video session.
A few days later, a final 1 hour video session will embed the final version of your Competitive Sustainability Strategy.
RESULTS & OUTPUT
A clearly defined and written-up Competitive Sustainability Strategy for your company and/or brand, ready to be consistently communicated to employees, consumers and stakeholders.
