Hélène brings along over 30 years of experience in FMCG. She has previously held various senior positions in Marketing and Innovation both at the European and Global levels in global FMCG companies such as Unilever, Groupe Danone, Heinz, McCormick, British American Tobacco and Imperial Brands.
She has a proven track record in building multi-disciplinary teams from scratch to reach ambitious innovation targets. She has hands-on experience not only in her core strengths of Marketing & Innovation but also in Legal Affairs, Project Management, Digital Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance and Sales. In the last 5 years, she has started to specialize more in the environment and social innovation projects. Hélène has an extensive business culture gained through her various multi-cultural assignments and positions. French native, she is also fluent in English and Spanish. She owns an Engineering degree from a French Grande Ecole as well as a Master in Management of Innovation. She now devotes her time to strategic innovation consultancy with the ambition to act as a true sparring partner for her clients. Having been on your side of the fence until recently, she understands better than most the needs of ever-changing Organisations that constantly have to re-invent themselves.
