As an experienced HR practitioner with over 25 years experience,  I have strong business partnering and influencing skills coupled with a pragmatism and an ability to get things done.

My development and training in all things HR occurred in numerous roles over ten years with the ANZ before heading out into my own business where I have worked with Executive and Leadership teams of organisations either in a retained contractor capacity on the client-side, or via the delivery of stand-alone projects.

I have extensive experience across talent management and development, organisation restructuring and design, change management, and employee engagement which has led to being part of business management teams and regularly consulting with management and staff to identify key issues. 

My assignments have included: leading significant and complex change projects, provision of high level HR partnering and advice, linking organisational strategy and people strategy together to ensure alignment and help to drive and maximise organisational performance, upskilling of  HR teams, and delivery of cultural, values and management skills workshops for teams. I have provided executive leadership coaching to CEOs/MDs and high potential staff from a range of backgrounds including Media & Communications, Finance, Banking, HR, Marketing & Business Operations.
