I spent the first portion of my career at Kantar (part of WPP) managing all graduate and experienced hire recruitment, across several brands.
The second part of my career in equal measure, has been spent on the agency side, five years with Hudson, Australia, a global recruitment firm, and a further three years with a start-up employment agency – Pollen Recruitment in London. In September 2018 I founded Flow Recruitment Pty Ltd, a specialist recruitment firm focussing on roles with a Market Research, Insight, Strategy and Data Analytics slant.
Throughout my career, I have consulted with some of the biggest global research firms on graduate and experienced hire recruitment, employer branding, employee retention and candidate proposition strategies.
I truly believe in challenging clients and candidates to think, feel, and act differently every day. And, importantly, I get results.
