Olivier has held multiple senior executive HR roles across the globe and across industries. He also worked as Associate Partner in Accenture, providing him both the strengths of a Human Resources practitioner and an Organisation & Human Performance consultant. 

Olivier is able to quickly relate business priorities to Human Capital solutions. He has been and is today a successful mentor to CEOs and their leadership teams. He has successfully handled major business reorganisations, and has initiated and led several creative HR Strategies to improve business performance, especially in Asia-Pacific where he has resided since 2004. 

Due to many company reorganisations across the region, he has developed an expertise as People Advisor on M&A, divestments, major business restructuring, and change programs, integrating private companies or State Owned Enterprise in medium to large international companies. Olivier has also broadened his knowledge of organisational change through an Executive Master Degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from Oxford Said Business School and HEC in Paris. He has also been a Board member of the Asia Transformation and Turnaround Association. 

In addition to his restructuring experience, Olivier has a proven track record in the design, development, and implementation of HR strategies and numerous HR initiatives in the areas of talent management, strategic workforce planning, training, employee development, workforce retention, culture integration, performance management, and compensation across multiple industries and on all continents worldwide. 

Olivier started Thymus Consulting in 2014 and has provided support to clients of all sizes, from start-ups and family owned business, to mid-size companies and publicly listed large companies. 

Olivier lives in Hong Kong with his family and graduated from IGS in Paris with an MSc in People Management.
